Colonel Frank Taylor of the United States air force lost control of his craft and made a successful crash landing in an unknown place, he does not recognize the territory or any landmarks. The people are like little pygmies about three feet high and simple minded with squeaky voices. It appears to be an underdeveloped Nation.
