Sergeant Preston had just made a long Northern patrol. On his way back to Dawson City, he stopped off at a trading post run by Andy McDermott. There has been trouble at the post as they've been robbed. A masked man had knocked on the door in the middle of the night, entered the store and demanded that Andy open the safe.
