The sweetheart of one of the men, Julie, lives on the street the men are patrolling. They stop to find a very worried Julie at the roadside. Her little brother Bill isn't home yet, and it's getting late at 10pm. He left at 5:30 that afternoon, but she's not had a trace of him since. As they're driving around, they hear a burglary alarm ringing shrilly, and they find Bill there where he'd been hunting rats.
