21st Precinct gives a factual account of the way the police work in the worlds largest city, New York. The office manager of a linen service company tells the police that he was held up at gunpoint while leaving the bank with the company's payroll and forced in to a car. They stole $3000 from him and then dumped him at Forest Hills. However, investigation shows his story does not stack up.
