The sleepy little village boasted one modern amenity, one of the finest motor racing tracks within a hundred miles which obviously meant that most villagers took an interest in this sport. And of course every village has its character. In this case it was old Billy Andrews, one of the finest self taught mechanics who ever wielded a spanner, something he'd been doing since he and motoring had both been in their infancy. However following a spate of accidents in the village the doctor suspects that Billy has a problem with his hearing which means he can't hear high pitched noises.
