It all started in Central Park Tom Cook was on his way to meet the girl he loved Jean Cooper when he ran her over and killed her. Distressed he cried that someone had pushed her in front of his car. Tom Cook Was held on a manslaughter charge for her killing and his father believing him to be innocent contacts Richard Diamond to investigate.
