Six months ago there had been a burglary in the Long Island home of Norman Todd, which had cost the Delaware Insurance, company $75000. The case had been a complete stalemate as the police and the insurance investigators had been unable to locate the thieves or any of the any of the loot, which included jewelry, silver and clothing. Now Johnny Dollar had received a call from a guy named Vance prepared to do a deal for new information on the Todd Case.
