We have many legends in this country that we like to tell over and over again. Tonight's Cavalcade tells the story of the man who first set many of them down on paper, Washington Irving, who wrote about the Hudson Valley, as well as many short stories including Rip Van Winkle, and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
