Beth Austin is a tough gangster, and a clever one at that. But when she learns that she will be totally blind within a week, she seeks the help of an eye surgeon who may be able to save her sight. Leaving the rest of her gang to go for an operation in Indianapolis, she asks them to promise to stay out of trouble - but will her experience away from them make her want a second chance in life, away from the gang, and her career.
