Sgt Preston had returned from a long patrol which had taken him far north. He stretched his legs luxuriously towards the glowing logs of Pat Kearney's fireplace, and patted the head of his big husky lead dog beside him. He's just eaten his first hot dinner for quite some time, and is grateful for Pat's hospitality.
