It’s exciting when there’s a storm and strange things can happen. Some people are sensitive to changes in the weather like Eddie. There’s nothing odd about that it‘s like people who talk to themselves and Eddie does that too. He was just getting himself packed as he was on the move again as his landlady Mrs Waters wasn’t taking care of the room. But Mr Waters wouldn’t let Eddie go accusing him of not paying the rent and a scuffle ensues and Eddie knocks Mr Waters out. He looks bad lying there on the floor and before Eddie can leave the neighbors are knocking on the door suspecting something is wrong.
