There are no depths to which the criminal will not sink. For example, within the past month a racquet was uncovered where mothers of servicemen in Korea were being asked by a swindler for money to pay for their sons passage home. Despite the depravity of the cases, these men are run of the mill criminals. The more successful law breakers, are the wealthy ones. The ones who have worked their way up the social ladder to the point where they live in good neighbourhoods, among decent citizens. The only difference is their questionable source of income...
