Judson Fisk fired three shots from a 22 revolver in to the body of his wife Judith Fisk killing her instantly. The prosecution tries s to show that this was wilful premeditated murder motivated by the defendant’s unreasonable jealousy of his wife and committed by Judson Fisk when he was in full possession of all his faculties. The district attorney is trying for murder in the first degree.
