Star and Shield is a true story out of the American canvas. It might happen anywhere, in your town or mine. It actually happened in Union City, New Jersey in the fall of 1952. It's the story of a little girl named Margaret Leoni who lives with her grandma and who meets nice caring cop Bill Campbell.
