In Williamsburg, the capital of Virginia, it's November 1st, 1765, on the day the Stamp Act is to go into effect. But at the courthouse, there are seething crowds, determined that the act shall not go into effect. These angry colonists are face to face with loaded muskets, but still they are determined to revolt against taxation without representation.
