Squire Returns With Money From Chicago

Yesterday Lum and Abner received a telegram from Squire Skimp saying that he had sold their hogs for them and that he would return to Pine Ridge today. Well now that Lum is sure of receiving the money from the sale of the hogs he’s gone ahead and ordered the statue of him self to present to the citizens of Pine Ridge and is having inscribed on the monument “Lum Edwards, King of the Hog”.
