Luigi is trying to catch the bus to his class and the driver shouts at him to step to the back of the bus. As the bus sets off suddenly, Luigi falls and hurts his thumb. All Luigi wants to do is get to school but the bus driver thinks he is building up a case against the bus company. Then his class tell him he needs to sue and at home Pasquale tells him he needs a lawyer and can claim thousands of dollars, it's the American way to sue! But Luigi doesn't think it's a nice thing to do. When scheming Pasquale gets on the case you're sure for lots of laughs!
