The first ever radio performance of the musical, telling the story of the early struggles of composer Edvard Grieg, and his attempts to develop an authentic Norwegian national music. The young composer wants to write great, lyrical music to represent his country, but he simply cannot seem to get his music noticed by other musicians or music producers in either Norway or Denmark.
