Down through the ages, the motive of revenge has made many a man into a criminal, and more often than not, revenge has boomeranged to bring the criminal to justice, sometimes years later. So it was with McGoon Frailey, one time of the first United States cavalry - now, outlaw and cattle rustler. As our story opens, Frailey and a henchman are sitting on a bluff overlooking a plain on which cattle are grazing.
