Steve Mitchell is being sent on assignment to Havana, where the authorities have been trying to crack down on a smuggling ring operating there, running a regular shuttle between Florida and Cuba. They have a lead on the organization, and Steve needs to track them down. But he'll soon find out that in order to win, he needs to let the whole deal go up in smoke!
