Two men using the names Latimer and Randal pretend to be inspectors from the Department of Agriculture and dupe unsuspecting farmers in to believing that their cattle is infected and will have to be taken away. They also charge the farmers for taking the cattle and then sell it on to the slaughterhouse. However feeling themselves ripped off by a slaughterhouse operator they plan to take revenge on him.
