A plain young woman in a severe brown suit, stands before the entrance of the Milton clinic. She knows that inside, she will find Doctor Peter Milton, famous plastic surgeon. Suddenly, she opens her purse and frantically checks the contents. When she sees the neat row of seven, one hundred dollar bills safely in their place, she shuts her purse and walks straight to the door. Inside, she stands almost defiantly before the nurse in the reception room.
