In this special sixth anniversary show Ken Carpenter introduces highlights from previous Command Performance shows to bring together a wonderful hour of entertainment. 
Opening the show with some comic anecdotes is Bob Hope followed by Dinah Shore who starts the show by singing, "It's Love, Love, Love." Bing, Ken and Dinah appear in a hillbilly skit and Ronald Colman conducts a musical tour of New York and sings! This show is packed full of all the best stars of the 1940's to entertain our troops.
