The rain, whipped by the wind, beat hard against the face of a slender girl who was on her way to the small, one room telegraph office. She hadn't bargained on the weather being so terrible, and she was soaked through, and chilled to the bone. While chatting with the telegrapher, she cleverly manages to glean that there have been some mighty strange messages coming through and going out. Offering to help decipher them, the girl studies the message in the telegraph office. Meanwhile, two men are talking in the back room of the cafe, about the telegraphs, and how there is a pesky girl causing trouble for the Black Arrows...
