The people of his county elected Paul Remson to the Supreme Court bench in November he was sworn-in in January and by April he was already one of the most popular judges in the county. Paul Remson has always been against capital punishment but now according to the law he had to pass the sentence on to Martin Rivers who was tried and convicted of murder in the first degree.
