As you know our young hero Denis Day has been working at the Willoughby store in Weaverville for the past year and a half. Of course his job isn’t a very good one and the work is hard and about the only thing you can say about it is that Mr Willoughby doesn’t pay him what he’s worth, which is a break for Denis. But evidently the flame of ambition burns brighter in our hero than we had guessed for it seems that Denis has got himself another job in his spare time selling insurance.
