When Phil was given shares in the Fitch company he went on a spending spree like there was no tomorrow. What he didn't know was that he only had one share! So now he has had to cancel some of his spending including an option he took on a mansion. But what he forgot to do was cancel the advert he had placed selling his own house, the home that Alice loved and wanted to grow old in. As the doorbell keeps ringing with folks coming to view the house Phil is having to make up excuses to Alice!
