This story started on a hot night in June at around 7pm. Randy was at his desk trying to convince himself that there was a good reason to get up and start walking the side walks in search of his 400 word story when she appeared at his desk in tears. Her dog had just died of rabies but she was concerned because five days ago her dog had bit a man on the face. She had gone for medication but when she returned the man had gone. She only knew his name was Fred.
