In the offices of The Mingle Importing Company, New York City, Bobbie Harrington is taking notes for a cable from Mr. Mingle, the president of the company. The cable is to inform the other office of the company at Buenos Aires that they are to be receiving a new recruit, Rims O'Neil, Bobbie's sweetheart. Rims doesn't yet know that he is being transferred. Will he go or will he stay with Bobbie?
