When a man comes to the twelve disciples to ask for help for his child, they argue over who shall be the one to take them to the master arguing among themselves that the first chosen isn't always the best chosen, same as the first born isn't always best born. Meanwhile the man and his poorly daughter went away. Now feeling guilty the disciples go in search of the sick child ashamed of themselves for their selfish behavior. When they eventually find the child the master has healed the sick girl. The master called his disciples to him and said to them, "If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all."

For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt. Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.
