The Finance Editor for the Sentinel newspaper has been reconciling the state sales tax department's figures and he thinks he's found something a little fishy... He has discovered that Mr Fraser has been cooking the books, and has managed to siphon at least $240,000! The newspaper run the story on the front page, forcing an investigation into the sales tax racket, but Mr Fraser isn't going to go down easily!
