In Shanghai, 1946, Larry learns that his World War II flying buddy, Mike, will only live a short time despite the efforts of the doctors. Without telling Mike of his diagnosis, Pete and Larry decide to give Mike a hundred years of good living and adventures in the few months he has left, embarking on a series of adventures in South-East Asia, where they run across a dangerous criminal and his pretty secretary.
