After stopping off at a junction point to have lunch, Si and Elmer got back on the wrong train - but by a stroke of dumb luck, their suspect did exactly the same thing, so they waiting until he was asleep and put him under arrest. The town band was waiting for the governor on the same train, and Si and Elmer thought that the reception was for them.
