The doctor has just finished a hearty lunch, and is thanking his mother for coming and taking care of him. However, he's got a phone call to make, a very important phone call to confirm arrangements about a license, some train tickets, something and he can't tell his mother about until after the event. His mother overhears the call and thinks her son is running off to elope.
