Rocky is instructed to report to the ninth avenue arena and when he gets there he finds the horse follies of 1954 is all over the place the legit title is Grand National Rodeo and he finds the boss an old guy hanging over the rail watching a cowboy riding a bull which must have just sat on a hornet.
