Being a father in this hectic modern world and coping with the problems of teenage youth is a bewildering task for even the most intelligent of fathers so you can imagine the trouble a man of Chester A. Riley’s mentality goes through. Junior has made a date with Linda Walker to take her to a dance tonight but has now decided that he can’t go through with it. Chester’s attempts to coerce him are far from helpful then Peg tells Junior all about her eventful first date with his father.
