The battle between the forces of the queen and those of the priests has ended in victory for the professor who is directing the queen’s army. The enemy is routed and taking refuge in the hills. As the professor, Jack and Umguru watch the closing scenes of the battle they’re informed by a dying man that the queen and Lorna at the palace are in serious danger.
