They're all stamped with the name of the testing laboratory which has deemed them safe to use - but it seems that the company is a phoney. That's not too bad if it's just a pen that doesn't work - but when it's a car tyre not tested properly, or a gas stove... Things could get dangerous, and so the Green Hornet intends to break up the racket...
