The case in question at first glance appeared to be a clueless crime. Although several witnesses identified the murderer he vanished immediately after he fired the fatal shot. For two years the police searched for him it was a heart-breaking task. Finally by checking the court records they were able to ascertain the true identity of the murderer then obtain a key to his past record. In the end the police got that key and got their man.
