Year by year America is producing more juvenile criminals. The number of youngsters arrested in 1946 between the ages of eighteen and twenty was 24% higher than in 1945 and as if to prove the inevitable consequences of the juvenile delinquents who grew up through the war years arrests in the age bracket of twenty-one to twenty-four rose more than 64%.
