In spite of the fact that Abner now holds the whip as far as the management of the store goes, it's beginning to appear that Lum is somehow able to dominate the situation pretty much as he did when he was President of the establishment - instead of its delivery boy. Right now we find owner Peabody struggling with the bookkeeping, while Lum is leisurely straightening up some canned goods...
