Barney always used to give his wife a kiss when he left the house, but he doesn't anymore. When Peter, their neighbour, pops around, he catches Chatsy weeping, so he bluntly tells her that she needs a "refresher course". Quite frankly she needs to take a good look at herself! He makes an appointment for her at the beauty salon to get herself fixed up... That evening, Barney and Navy get home before Chatsy, and woweee! What a transformation! Unfortunately, the plan backfires spectacularly, as now Barney is suspicious about why Chatsy got all dolled up and suspects she's interested in another man!
