Johnny Dollar travels to Corpus Christi, Texas to take on an insurance case after being promised the use of a foreign sports car as part payment. The case takes him to a nice residential spot called Summit Hill where for the last couple of months all the insurance company has been doing is writing checks to settle claims for malicious damage. It is believed to be the work of a worthless bunch of kids, some rat pack.
