Lum's Lodge Brothers have voted him to go to Leavenworth, Kansas as their delegate at the national convention. Only thing is he can't afford to go but they've picked him to make a speech there, a speech on honesty in business.. Ironic as Lum's efforts to raise the money to go almost end up with him landing in a different place Leavenworth is well known for!
