Boston Blackie on the trail of a gang of car and tire thieves gives chase to Pudgy one of the gang members who throws tacks in the roads causing Blackie to have a blow-out. Blackie lands in the hospital. When Pudgy tells Cyclone, gang boss what he’s done Cyclone kills him.
