“A Prophet is not without honor save in his own country”, so goes the ancient saying. Here in our own America in the 20th century there lived a prophet. In 1909 Homer Lea (1876-1912) warned his countrymen that Japan some day would attack Pearl Harbor by surprise. He prophesied in infinite detail the war that followed and left to us his warning in his book Valour of Ignorance. This play written by Robert Tolman tells his story.
