The Master tells a parable to the gathered crowd and it begins like this, ""A certain man had two sons and the younger of them said to his father, "Father give me the portion of goods that falleth to me"."

It tells the tale Juda of who wants to leave the family's farm and go to Bagdad and get in to trade and commerce but who encounters a trickster who avails him of al his money. Juda eventually penniless humbly decides to return to his father and work on his farm as a servant. The father, to the annoyance of his other son, Acer, welcomes Juda back and celebrates the return of his son whom he thought was dead.
