An hour length dramatization adapted by Milton Wayne of J P Marquand’s Point of No Return.

Our hero, Charles Grey, is in his early forties working in a New York bank whilst war rages. At his age he didn’t have to go in to the army and his wife Nancy thought he was a fool to sign up.

She thought he’d lose his chance to be the head of the bank but Charles went out, he saw action with the army air force in Africa and Italy and now as the story opens Charles is back in the bank but much more quizzical about himself and his job.
