Cedric Graham is a lovely, albeit gullible, man. Unfortunately, today's not going to be a good day for him, when he is lured into a clever scheme, where he is being setup, hook, line and sinker. The scheme includes plans for a proposed dam, which will create Lake Middlevale, a recreation center which will bring money into the community. Will Cedric realise his own potential in time?
