Like any true son of Dixie Phil was brought up on stories about the glory of the South during the Civil Way. Phil is the honored guest at a freshman dance at UCLA. The dance was dedicated to the theme The South Will Rise Again. Phil was made an honory colonel in the Confederate army and given an officers uniform. Phil has taken this seriously and is really living the part!
